Creative Direction

Co-Founder / Lead Creative Director — At The Rage, I was the Co-Founder and Lead Creative Director from Summer 2023 to Spring 2025. As Creative Director, I created mood boards for each shoot and directly communicated with each shoot's photographer(s), model(s), videographer(s), and lighting folk(s). I arranged the location, date, and time with all members of the photo shoot, as well as organized and obtained props and outfits. While on set, I posed models and communicated with the photographer about angles/shots, ensuring the shoot went smoothly. I also trained others in my field and creatively directed over 12 photoshoots.

Mission Statement

As Chapman University's first fashion Magazine, The Rage aims to provide inspiration and guidance for people of all genders, races, and social statuses, no matter the fashion level. We use staff writers, photographers, editors, stylists, models, and more to produce printed and online editions that include photoshoots and corresponding articles, fashion advice, small-business highlights, and other collaborations with other campus clubs and organizations. Rage has a place in us all. How do you express yours?
