Here, I maintained and reorganized a costume inventory of over 500 pieces, ensuring accurate cataloging and accessibility. To improve efficiency, I implemented and managed digital inventory systems using Excel, enhancing tracking accuracy and reducing item loss. I also developed and maintained labeling systems for racks and bins to streamline retrieval and return processes. Additionally, I sourced and purchased costume pieces and materials as needed, balancing budget considerations while maintaining historical and stylistic accuracy.

Fairytale Entertainment is a live entertainment company based out of Auburn Hills, Michigan with additional offices in Naperville, Illinois. They send out princesses, superheros, comic book characters, and more for birthday parties and special events. At the Chicagoland office, I was brought into their team as Director of Costume, Wig, and Performance Operations where I conducted a variety of administrative and organizational tasks, including pulling and restocking costumes and party bag materials for each character and event, taking measurements, handling laundry, organizing dry cleaning, completing minor alterations and repairs, and tracking checked-out materials using Asana. Thus, maintaining and organizing a costume inventory of over 400 pieces, ensuring accurate cataloging and easy accessibility for company needs. I also maintained and styled all character wigs, including creating and updating a wig inventory, as well as trained newly hired performers on party flow and company policies.
