Costume Designer & Creative Director
"In truth, my job is about perception. I am a storyteller. And my medium, my language, is clothing."

About
Designing for story and confidence.
I am a recent graduate of Chapman University's Theatre Technology program in Orange, California, where I specialized in Costume Design. My passion lies at the intersection of entertainment, fashion design, garment construction, and textiles. Having sewn since primary school, I bring years of hands-on experience and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship to every project I take on.
As a designer, I'm drawn to abstract realism; I love exploring the balance between imagination and authenticity through texture, pattern, and color. My process is rooted in color theory and character analysis, examining how design choices can inform both performance and storytelling. I enjoy collaborating closely with actors to integrate their creative instincts into the costume, helping bring each character to life with authenticity and confidence.
I believe costume design is more than just visual artistry; it's a language that conveys mood, context, and emotion, both consciously and subconsciously. My goal is to create designs that enhance the narrative, engage the audience, and support performers in feeling both comfortable and inspired.
This portfolio showcases a selection of my work, including student costume designs, my role in founding a fashion magazine at Chapman University, and various professional projects that reflect my evolving creative journey.
